Weld joints for railway vehicle repairs

Weldia Designer has become a key tool in our railway vehicle repair workshops for quickly and accurately designing weld joints in accordance with the strict requirements of EN 15085.
We particularly appreciate how easy it is to create detailed sketches for WPS documentation directly in the browser, which significantly speeds up approval by welding supervisors.
Instant previews and clear dimensioning of multi-layer welds help us eliminate errors before the actual railway vehicle repairs begin.

I have been working with Weldia Czech for 14 years, since we met at a welding seminar in Prague.
It all started with drawings of weld joints, and today we have progressed to creating WPS.

Weldia software has made managing WPS and WPQR much easier for us. What I appreciate most is the automatic checking of qualification ranges, the connection between WPS and the WPQR database, and the ability to quickly find the most suitable qualification for a new welding procedure.
