01 What slows you down today
Word, Excel, catalogues and separate drawings. How much work around a single WPS do you still do by hand? Weldia WPS is software for welding coordinators who value their time.
You edit WPS in Word and keep the register in Excel. You check the document layout and whether the list matches the files in the folder.
Weldia WPS combines a consistent template with a document library. The list is maintained automatically and you can export in several languages.
You compare WPS parameters against the qualification range. After changing the thickness or heat input, you check the values again.
Enter the WPQR ranges once in Weldia WPS. The software checks whether the WPS parameters fall within them.
You create the weld drawing outside the document and copy material data from catalogues. For the next WPS, you do the same work again.
In Weldia WPS, you draw with the built-in Designer and select materials and gases from your own database.

The WPS editor guides you through the fields and fills in base materials, filler materials and other details from your databases.
Draw the joint in the built-in Designer, no exported file in between.
The editor suggests a suitable WPQR for the WPS you are creating and checks its parameters against the linked WPQR ranges in real time.
Export the document to PDF and find it later in the automatically kept list.
03 Databases
Each WPS and WPQR is saved to a list you can browse, filter and search. Open an earlier document and reuse it for a new one.
04 Smart WPQR
Enter the WPQR ranges once. Weldia WPS suggests a suitable WPQR for the document you are creating, then checks its parameters against the linked ranges in real time. You immediately see when a value falls outside them.
The check is only as good as the ranges entered. It saves you the comparing, not the professional judgement.
05 Output
A logically arranged template with your logo, the drawings and footnotes to the standards used.
The document is an example with model values and a sample stamp.
06 Trial licence
Create an account and request a 30-day WPS trial licence from it. The trial has no feature restrictions, so you can see for yourself whether Weldia WPS works for your documentation.
